Pricing questions
Is this a subscription?
No. Each credit pack is a single payment: one video for $9.99, 5 videos for $29 or 35 videos for $99. Nothing renews, and pack credits never expire.
How many videos do I get?
Each pack and plan lists its count in videos of 10 credits (720p, about 10 seconds). The maker shows the exact cost before you confirm.
Do credits expire?
Credits from packs never expire. Your balance is always visible in your account.
What happens if a generation fails?
A confirmed failure returns the credits charged for that attempt to your balance once, automatically. Results blocked by the safety check count as failures too.
Can I get a refund?
Unused packs and unused first plan payments can be refunded within 7 days (168 hours) of payment. Used credits are final. You can cancel a plan any time and it runs to the end of the paid period. See the refund policy for details.
Which currency will I pay in?
You pay in the currency shown on this page. Prices are in US dollars, and visitors in the euro area may see euro prices with VAT included where that option is available.
Can I add more videos later?
Yes. Within 7 days of your first pack you get a one-time offer to add 20 to 100 videos at a lower per-video price, and you can upgrade a pack to a bigger one by paying only the difference.
Is there a free trial?
Video generation costs real money, so full videos are paid. The maker shows the exact credit cost before you confirm, and failed generations return their credits.
