The service

Unforgettable Car Trend (unforgettablecartrend.app, "we") is an online service that turns photos you upload into short AI videos and images, called effects. For example, the Unforgettable Car effect turns one selfie into a silent vertical 720p video of about 10 seconds in which you reveal yourself beside an unbranded car at night. Each effect page describes what it makes, its length and its limits. By creating an account or buying credits, you accept these terms.

Effects run fixed prompts on image and video models from third-party AI providers that we choose for each effect (currently including Fal and APIMart, with models such as ByteDance Seedance, Kuaishou Kling and Google Nano Banana). Results are AI-generated and vary between attempts: faces, hands, movement, text on props and vehicles can differ from what you expect, and exact likeness is not guaranteed. Effects are named after public trends; we are not affiliated with the creators, card games, car makers or brands those trends reference, and we do not use their footage, recordings or logos. Effects open in stages, and an effect that cannot be started yet is not offered for sale.

Accounts

You need an account to create videos or buy credits, and you must be at least 18. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Credits, prices and payment

• Credits are sold in one-time packs, or through optional monthly and yearly plans, at the prices on the pricing page. Packs never renew.
• A plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it. You can cancel any time from Billing; the plan then runs to the end of the paid period. Plan credits refresh each period and do not roll over; a yearly plan adds the whole year's credits up front.
• Prices are shown in US dollars, or in euros with VAT included where that option is offered. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• Credits are added once the payment is confirmed. Pack credits never expire. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• Each effect shows its exact credit cost before you confirm, and nothing is deducted until you do.

Delivery

Everything we sell is digital. Credits appear in your account after payment. Finished videos appear in your history, where you can download them as MP4 files. Results are kept for 30 days, so save a copy.

Refunds

Failed generations return their credits automatically, and unused packs and unused first plan payments can be refunded within 7 days of payment. The details are in our refund policy.

Your photos and permissions

Upload only photos of adults (18+) that you own or are allowed to use, and get consent from everyone shown. Do not impersonate others, suggest endorsements or upload footage or music you have no rights to. Follow the acceptable use policy.

You keep ownership of your photos. You allow us and our service providers to process them only as needed to make what you asked for. Uploads, intermediate images and outputs pass automated moderation before they are stored or released, and borderline results may be held for human review. Content that breaks our rules may be blocked and may lead to account restrictions.

Using your videos

You may download, keep and share the videos you make, including on social platforms, subject to these terms and the rights of the people shown. Label AI-generated content where a platform requires it. We do not guarantee that outputs are free of third-party rights or suitable for every commercial use.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Purchases already made keep the credit and refund terms that applied when you paid.
